Park on Enclave Gated Energy Corridor Neighborhood
Hey this video is about the Parks on Enclave neighborhood in West Houston and in the Energy Corridor.

Well hey my name is Paul Holub, I’m a local Houston real estate agents my mission is to help families move in and out Houston area and help make that process a little more smooth with some great content around the home buying and selling experience.
Neighborhoods
So I thought I would highlight just a little cozy pocket of West Houston called Park on Enclave and it’s just a little tiny neighborhoods gated they’re actually townhomes or condos and there’s only 56 of them but wanted to highlighted case you’re interested in moving there this is very affordable let me move my map around here so you can kind of see where it is located. Downtown Houston right here, 610 that West and this is the Energy Corridor, go south on Eldridge and right here is Enclave.
It’s a little tiny gated neighborhood again only 56 townhomes built in late 90s early 2000s and kind of have two different sizes you know you got your 1800 about 2,400 square feet you get a two-bedroom, three-bedroom homes you have a little bit of a backyard, there’s no pool, no community areas but again it is gated.
HOA fees about 250-300 bucks depending on your when you’re watching this it could change but currently about 250 or so.
You know this is a nice little cozy community again they are built in late 90s. So it could be a little bit dated but a nice bang for your buck if you’re trying to move to the Energy Corridor something a little newer but not getting too expensive you don’t need a ton of space. So well they’re all pretty much two-story homes and again price points 250 to low 300s.
Flooding
Not only didn’t flood I think a couple may have gone some water in their garage from Harvey but as far as I know I don’t think any of them fully flood and had to be remodeled but I could be mistaken but
for most part they built up high enough and away from Terry Hershey that they didn’t have that same issue a lot of did.
Schools
Schools are HISD. So you have Barbara Bush Elementary which is a top elementary it goes to West Briar Middle School and Westside High School. It is HISD so you can go to a magnet programs and some really neat schools there.
Lifestyle
Community there’s lots of things to do. It you watch any of my other videos it talked a lot about things to do and City Center, Memorial City ,things around the Energy Corridor lots of hiking and biking. So this is Terry Hershey Park, Buffalo Bayou lots of hiking and biking.
If zoom out a little bit more there is a dog park right over here George Bush, shooting range we got Topgolf over here. Park, Park, there’s a park up here on Veterans Memorial just really cool that she has a lot of it’s like a mini zoo and it’s free so you should check that out. So a lot of people hang out hiking biking lots of people exercising there and there’s lots of bicyclists right here on the back side of this kind of a long stretch here along the reservoir that people love to hike and bike on.
So again things to do Topgolf just right around the corner if you haven’t been there you gotta go it’s like golf but without moving a whole lot and lots of good food and drinks so that’s a win. Terry Hershey again just right around the corner I pulled this up here for not really sure why but you saw it on the map there.
A couple of restaurants I’ve had a lot on some of the other videos in the Energy Corridor but here is Freddy’s Cafe it’s a hole in he wall it’s off Park Row if you work by Wood Group or Wood now then a lot of lot of the workers there love to go there a lot of employees excuse me. Its a little hole in the wall restaurant. Great burgers, sandwiches for lunch. I think it’s just open for lunch.
Another one is right here on Eldridge, AIMCI Wine Bistro it’s kind of a hole wall, family owned restaurants kind of some neat stuff here so you know it’s like the highlight some different things good reviews.
Commute
Okay let’s see commuting, talked a little bit about the location but we kind of flip back around, that’s me, flip back around here commuting is pretty easy get into downtown Galleria. About 45 minutes, 30-45 minutes depending on time you leaves Houston Galleria get in downtown about 45 minutes to an hour. There’s a Park n Ride not too far away so you could always do that as well and great restaurants.

So yeah so it’s a great little neighborhood it’s pretty tiny only 56 townhomes but if you’re looking to get in the energy corridor for pretty inexpensive and you don’t need a whole lot then it’s a great little neighborhood for you.
